1. Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
How will I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please note that this confirms we’ve received your order — acceptance is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@retrolane.co.za.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within South Africa only.
If you are located outside South Africa and are interested in our products, please contact us for a shipping quote.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R85 per delivery.
In the rare case of a very large or heavy order, we’ll contact you before dispatch if any additional cost applies.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check your delivery details before completing your purchase.
Retro Lane cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, please email hello@retrolane.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act, defective goods may be returned within six (6) months of delivery. If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Are digital products refundable?
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience any issues accessing your file, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
4. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online Visa and MasterCard credit and debit card payments via Yoco.
Payment is processed securely, and Retro Lane does not store full card details on our site.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We take privacy seriously and use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information.
