At Retro Lane, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains our shipping, delivery, and returns process so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.

Shipping Methods
  • We ship via trusted local couriers across South Africa only. If you’re outside South Africa and interested in our products, feel free to get in touch for a quote.

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R85 per delivery. This rate covers most orders, however in the rare case of a very large or heavy order, we’ll contact you before dispatch if there’s any additional cost.

Estimated Delivery Times
  •  3–7 business days. Orders are dispatched between 1-3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Use the tracking link to see real-time delivery updates.

Shipping to Incorrect Addresses
  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

  • Retro Lane is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
  • Physical products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Digital products: Unfortunately, digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Return Process
  1. Contact us at sales@retrolane.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item securely, using a trackable method.

Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or the return is our error.

Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Faulty Items
  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
