Retro Lane is a digital and physical product store based in Simonstown, Cape Town, South Africa. Our website offers products such as stationery, prints, and design-based merchandise.

Payment Methods

We currently accept online Visa and MasterCard credit and debit card payments via Yoco. Payment is processed securely through this gateway. We do not store full credit card information on our Site.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order until payment has been successfully processed.

Pricing & Errors

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines and costs are outlined on the product pages.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

  • Retro Lane offers returns and refunds in line with South African consumer protection laws.
  • Physical products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing but cannot guarantee that errors will not occur.
